I build systems that move money reliably, at scale, and I build the teams that keep them that way. For 15+ years I've worked across the payments and wallet domain — as an individual contributor writing the code and, since being promoted to manager in January 2026, as a leader who stays close to the system design and the pager.

Today I lead engineering for Financial Instruments & Account Updater at PayPal, where I manage 6–10+ engineers while remaining hands-on: reviewing code, shaping architecture, and leading incident response. My background is primarily Java and the JVM, working with GCP (Spanner, BigQuery, Dataflow), Oracle, and Kafka to keep high-throughput, high-reliability payment flows running.
